Castelnaudary cassoulet, simmered with great care, is only made with local products and cooked in this local pottery called “la cassole”, which is at the origin of its name. Ingredients : Castelnaudary lingot beans, goose confit, pure pork sausage, pork loin, garlic, salt and pepper.
